William Bevier, President
A licensed Engineer for over 35 years, Bill Bevier has a wide range of structural design experience. Projects include schools, hospitals, office buildings, warehouse structures, park and recreation facilities, and multi-purpose buildings. He graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1972 with a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, and worked for Buehler & Buehler Structural Engineers for 15 years before starting his own firm in 1993. He is actively involved in both the Structural Engineers Association of Central California (SEAOCC) and The Rotary Club of West Sacramento. Bill mentors high school students interested in careers in the engineering and construction industry through the National ACE Mentor Program (ACE).

Jeffrey Kovach, Vice President
Jeff Kovach graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2002 with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and received his SE (Structural Engineer's) license in 2011. His specialties include designing high end custom homes, aircraft hangers, seismic retrofits, schools, medical facilities, industrial and manufacturing facilities, retail and commercial buildings. Jeff is a member of Structural Engineers Association of Central California (SEAOCC) and mentors high school students interested in careers in the engineering and construction industry through the National ACE Mentor Program (ACE).
