Jeff Kovach graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2002 with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and received his SE (Structural Engineer's) license in 2011. His specialties include designing high end custom homes, aircraft hangers, seismic retrofits, schools, medical facilities, industrial and manufacturing facilities, retail and commercial buildings. Jeff is a member of Structural Engineers Association of Central California (SEAOCC) and mentors high school students interested in careers in the engineering and construction industry through the National ACE Mentor Program (ACE).

William Bevier, Senior Engineer
A licensed Engineer for over 45+ years, Bill Bevier has a wide range of structural design experience. Projects include schools, hospitals, office buildings, warehouse structures, park and recreation facilities, and multi-purpose buildings. He graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1972 with a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, and worked for Buehler & Buehler Structural Engineers for 15 years before starting his own firm in 1993. He is actively involved in both the Structural Engineers Association of Central California (SEAOCC) and The Rotary Club of West Sacramento. Bill mentors high school students interested in careers in the engineering and construction industry through the National ACE Mentor Program (ACE).

Teresa Baughman, Senior Engineer
Teri Baughman has over 36 years of experience in the design of school buildings, hospitals, office complexes, shopping centers, churches, apartments, single family residences as well as seismic anchorage of equipment and seismic evaluation of existing structures. Her design
experience includes the use of wood, steel, reinforced concrete and masonry. Teri has also worked with HCAI, The Division of the State Architect, and local building departments, taking projects from conception through completion. Teri assists with complex analysis, design and documentation. Obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval and liaising with relevant professional staff such as architects, contractors, building department, owners. |
